Chittagong Hill Tracts: Journey towards Peace and Prosperity

A documentary history of government action in the Chittagong Hill Tracts, published in 2017 by the Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs and edited by Naba Bikram Kishore Tripura. It assembles newspaper cuttings, photographs and official records from the creation of the CHT Development Board in 1973 onward, each Bengali clipping carried alongside an English gloss, tracing the road to the 1997 Accord and the development work that followed.
